What is Novol?

Stage 1

Vehicle body and panels are stripped by media blasting or sanded to bare metal in-house.

Stage 2

Application of Novol’s Bodywork primer, the corrosion inhibitors provide 6 months protection during bodywork repair stages.

Stage 3

Anti-corrosive epoxy primer - chemically adhering, rust preventing Epoxy base. This ensures no moisture between the bare steel and the levelling materials.

Stage 4

Filling: Original body contour Sculpting – using Novol’s specially formulated selection of lightweight fillers and resin that provides great properties for sculpting of bodywork parts.

Stage 5

Novols Isolator primer application seals all contouring materials (which are hygroscopic) and any bare metal break throughs ensuring no moisture sits between the base layer and the outer layers.

Stage 6

Final Surface sculpting - Once levelling work is complete, Novols colour indicating Polyester spray filler is used for final panel shaping to eradicate any last minor defects.
